I work in marketing databases by day but my heart and mind live in the kitchen, garden, farmer's market, and occasionally on a race course (balance in all things!). Some day when I grow up I would love for my living (career #2?) to be focused on creating food that is tasty, healthy (sometimes! cake has a place too though!) ans exciting.

What's your ideal/favorite meal?
That varies wildly depending on mood, time of year, etc. There isn't much that I dislike!
What's your favorite kitchen tool?
Oh dear, I use everything in the kitchen - from good knives to onion goggles to roasting thermometer. I guess I reach most often for my big santoku knife.
What's something you'd like a chance to eat or cook?
A whole piggy roasted in a pit would be a lot of fun!
Why do you cook?
It's my form of art!
