I love this recipe because you don't need to run to the store. All ingredients are those that are normally found in the fridge at any given time. We make smoothies instead of eating ice cream. We also don't like to waist foods so I freeze bananas when they are getting over ripe and they come in handy for delicious smoothies all year long!
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or to desired consistency then serve in glasses. No need to add ice. You can add more honey if desired to make it sweet to taste.
