My kids and I invented this version of the classic smoothie when they were toddlers. In part, it was a way to get my older daughter to eat bananas, a fruit she didn't like. Now, as teenagers, they make it themselves. Years ago, we used vanilla yogurt. Today, we use plain, Greek yogurt since we all like the tarter flavor.
Serves Three-four
1. Break up banana and drop into blender 2. Add remaining ingredients 3. Blend For thicker smoothie, add more yogurt. For thinner, add more orange juice.
