This recipe was entered in the contest for Your Best Fruit Smoothie.


Made it with fresh strawberries years ago and enjoying ever since

Serves 1

  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 5 ounces mango (frozen)
  • 1 shot protien powder
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed (optional)

place all ingredients in blender, blend on high about 1 minute, pour into tall glass. Enjoy!
