Smoothies have become quite popular, and I've recently jumped on that bandwagon. A smoothie is filling without being fattening, if you make it right. To make it even healhier, I used GoodBelly instead of orange juice, since it has probiotics.

Serves 1

  • 1 tray ice
  • 1 cup tropical orange GoodBelly
  • 1/2 cup cherry juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Put the ice in the blender an blend until it's thoroughly crushed into tiny bits. That's one of the tricks to getting fine bits of ice rather than large chunks. If you add the liquids before the ice is pulverized, you're more likely to get those big icebergs in you smoothie.
  2. Add the GoodBelly, cherry juice, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy. Serve.
