cornmeal
- Wash fresh mussels
- Place cornmeal in a bucket with 2 quarts of cold salted water.Then add the mussels.Let set overnight or for 8 hours.
- Remove Mussels and wrap in foil .Place over grill or campfire and grill for 8 minutes or until shells are open.Enjoy PaPa's Corney Stuffed Mussels!
