Corney Stuffed Mussels

Serves 4

  • 3 pounds Live Mussels
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  1. Wash fresh mussels

  2. Place cornmeal in a bucket with 2 quarts of cold salted water.Then add the mussels.Let set overnight or for 8 hours.

  3. Remove Mussels and wrap in foil .Place over grill or campfire and grill for 8 minutes or until shells are open.Enjoy PaPa's Corney Stuffed Mussels!
